Architect stages

We have a detailed discussions with the clients to know more about their architect requ-irements, cost constraint, if there is an existing structure we check the feasibility.

In the next stage the architect will propose the concept drawings and submits the required pla-ns to get the plan approval.

The designed floor plans will be finalized along with the struc-tural details and will be submitted to the contra-ctor.

We meet the client at the site in advance & have discussions over the progress of the work, finance limits, selection of the right ma-terials…etc
